“Sorry to say but of the cryptolaemus that were sent (30), only 11 were alive and put out. They also died within 24 hours - 1 lasted 48 hours. I'd put them on the mealy bugs straight away as directed and as I have a temperature control in the conservatory I sure it wasn't to hot or cold. Maybe you could find a better container for transporting.”

“Have used the vine weevil killer before and have had excellent results. Other products bought from garden centre have been nowhere near as effective. Would fully recommend.”

“Won’t hesitate to use again. I ordered 50 ladybird larvae. Received a helpful confirmation email detailing what to expect, postage was very fast, and well packaged. The larvae were nicely packed in a box with food and shredded paper to keep them safe in transit. The larvae all seemed healthy and active. We carefully put them into our aphid riddled lemon tree in our conservatory, and it wasn’t long before they got to work. After a few days the aphids have definitely reduced in number, and the larvae have certainly grown. It’s great to catch a glimpse of one. I will definitely use Green Gardner again, and am looking forward to our larvae growing into ladybirds, and hopefully having a healthier lemon tree”

“Prompt delivery of jute leaf composting bags for the woodland centre of our urban community garden. We have a triple wooden compost bin but so much leaf fall that these bags take the extra.”

“I can't review my order of slug control nematodes because I never received it. I tried contacting their customer service line and was fobbed off. Pretty terrible really.”

“The ladybirds were very tiny. They arrived in an airtight plastic box without any food. They were posted in an envelope through the letterbox. I was amazed that they were still alive.”
