“Ordered my leatherjacket killer and it was delivered exactly when I wanted it, good service there, I applied it as information and now I look forward to the results. Hopefully no or few crane flies next year and not having my lawn torn to pieces.”

“So happy with the items and service, they seem like good quality and arrived fast. There was a packing error but the correct item was sent quickly after I emailed customer services. I was told I could keep the wrongly sent product so I donated to a local permaculture organisation – they were chuffed! Thank you 🪱🌱🐝🤎”

“Superb Service I have only the very best to say about Green Gardener. I contacted them initially a couple of years ago and sent them a photo of something tiny but hideously alien. They got back to me immediately, turns out it was Vine Weavil grubs eating the roots of my tub strawberries. I ordered the nematodes which arrived super quick, treated and no sign of the critters since. Next I had been troubled with yellow thinning patches in the lawn. After a bit of investigation I identified Leather Jackets from the picture's on their website. I've treated the last two Autumn's as they must be a bit more difficult to kill but the lawn has much improved so very happy. I highly recommend Green Gardner in all aspects of their service.”

Thanks for the review and if we use a mailer it is both compostable and biodegradable, so please be assured we do not use plastic mailers. Next time you get an order, check the mailer and it will have this information on it. Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

“Very pleased with the personal and speedy service. I called for advice to make sure I was ordering the right products and the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. The products provided (nematodes and desi-dust to treat an infestation of lawn fleas) did the trick!”

“I have given a 5 star review on the nematodes provided. They arrived well packaged and on time. My lawn is severely ravaged by rooks eating the leatherjacket larvae. I have applied the nematodes as instructed and hopefully will reap the benefits in a year's time with a reduced infestation. Time will tell.”

“I had a fungus gnat infestation. I used the nematodes alongside yellow sticky traps and it's worked! Three weeks on, I've hardly seen a gnat. Easy to use, quick delivery. I'm really pleased, as I'd tried just sticky traps before and changing soil etc and they had still come back. This time they have all gone. Also my son had a look at the nemotodes with his toy microscope, which was fun for him.”

“This was my first order with Green Gardener and it certainly won't be my last I have even passed on their catalogue to friends. Their website is most informative and helped me deal with a lawn issue which I had never experienced before, Chafer Grubs. Slight delay in delivery but only because the demand for Nematodes was outstripping supply. Spoke to a lovely member of staff who assured me my order would be dispatched later that day as they were excpecting a large delivery. True to her word my package arrived soon after. Thank you excellent customer service.”
