“I ordered slug nemotodes at the beginning of October and selected 'asap'. There was no communication from your company to say there would be a delay in supplying my order. I emailed after 2 weeks to ask what had happened to my order and only then was I informed there had been a supply delay. I would have been helpful to have been informed of this before I emailed as I had no idea if the order had been lost. After a month, I received my order. It would have been helpful to be kept informed when there is a delay. I am happy with the order, but hope with future orders there will be more communication regarding delivery.”

“This is our 2nd year running we have purchased Nematodes off Green Gardener in order to control the spread of leather jackets. We are really happy and impressed at the speed our order was delivered. “Fantastic service which is really what online shopping is all about. The best feature is that you choose a date for when you want the nematodes to arrive by. Without this option you end up worrying whether the parcel will arrive on a day you are not in and cannot get them in a fridge in time. Great price and range of options. Well done all round.”
