“Unfortunately neither of my 3 cats were interested in them. I tried different ways to get them to eat it but they simply turned their noses away. Either I have really fussy cats or these treats were not enticing enough.”

Hi Ira We are sorry to hear that your cats haven't been interested in the treats. The Tiddlers are our best-selling cat treat, but like humans, cats can have different tastes. “Delivery takes a while - 9 days since ordered and still not received the dog toys but will be ok as long as they arrive before Xmas 😬”

Hi We can see from email correspondence with our Customer Service Team that your order was confirmed as dispatched and tracking information provided. Your order was processed within our 3 -5 working day timeframe (We only dispatch Mon - Friday.) It was dispatched on Monday 2nd December on a 48hr delivery service via Royal Mail and we would have expected it to be delivered by Thursday (as they state 48hr services should be delivered within 2 - 3 working days after being received) Unfortunately, your parcel was delayed whilst in the Royal Mail system - most likely due to the Black Friday sales period and was delivered 2 days later on 07/12/24. “They’re good but the toys are pretty easily destroyed and the innards exposed. Plus it’s not very digestible so I had my dog throwing up in the middle of the night although I always grab the stuff when I notice it and remove the toy. But the little bits on the shark I bought had little felt fins which were chewed off and eaten! Plus the innards are spiky!!”

“Overall ok but a big problem with the carrot! This was full of very long and stringy jute which ended up all over the house. The bone chew, also jute, is great and the second time I have bought one. I had to throw the carrot away as I was concerned that the dog would choke on it.”

Hi Suzanne We are sorry to hear that one of your recent purchases didn't meet your expectations. Please rest assured that Candice the Carrot is constructed from all-natural materials. Some dogs do see our suede eco toys as a challenge and love to chew or remove the stuffing over playing with them. We would recommend the thicker eco toys made from the many layers of compressed jute such as the green bone you purchased if your dog likes to also chew their toys or remove the stuffing. “I ordered the suede banana chew toy which my ten week old puppy loves above all other toys. She loves it so much that the stitching at the tip came undone within 2 days. I sewed it back up (a tough job that took some patience and pushing with a thimble) but alas it came undone again very quickly revealing the jute stuffing that I'm not that keen on puppy ingesting. So sadly, although potentially a great product, it hasn't been great value for money.”

“I placed the order on Monday evening & received it Saturday. There was no communication to indicate the items had been dispatched & I came close to emailing to query if the order had been lost in the system. The chews that arrived look great quality & the packaging was very eco friendly.”

We are sorry to hear there was no dispatch confirmation. As a small, independent business, we don't operate 7 days a week. Your order was placed on the evening of the Bank Holiday Monday and as stated on our website: "Orders are normally dispatched within 3 - 5 working days (Monday to Friday & excluding Bank Holidays), but maybe longer during our busiest periods." Your order was processed and dispatched on Tuesday 27th via a Royal Mail 48hr delivery option, but due to the Bank Holiday, Royal Mail took a day longer to deliver the parcel than normal. Many dogs do see our eco toys as a way of fulfilling their natural chewing instincts or as a challenge to destroy over playing with them. This can be down to the natural materials used in the toys' composition, over harder manmade plastic or synthetic fabrics. “I bought the salmon oil. The product is good but the bottle could be of better quality . It arrived to me with the cap cracked and the oil had leaked out soaking the packaging. I could blame royal mail however the bottle did seem flimsy and not fit for purpose. I had waited a week and wanted to give my dog asap so not requiring a refund . Just saying.”

Hi Gillian We are very sorry to hear that the Salmon Oil was damaged during transit and had leaked. We do package the bottles as securely as possible so it is frustrating to think that the parcel had been subject to heavy handling which resulted in the cracked lid. “A lot of items not available (sold out) like beef jerky chews wheich we wanted. Our dog didn't like the Ox jerky chews - so we gave them away. On the plus side - it all arrived in good time and the venision flatties went down well. Overall an expensive experience that we probably won't repeat”

Whilst it is a shame they didn't enjoy the Ox Jerky, pets can have different tastes, and it was kind of you to give them away so that they didn't go to waste. With regards to the out of stock items. The demand for our products is becoming increasingly higher as our reputation for producing quality toys and healthy treats grows. This, coupled with supplier issues (which in the current financial climate, have been experienced by many retailers) has unfortunately led to cases where demand has far exceeded supply. We have been working closely with our main supplier, who has now addressed the issues and stock replenishment should be more consistent and back to normal very shortly. The invoice breaks down the costs and shows the VAT separately, however, the total price is still the same as those displayed for each product. For the shipping cost to be calculated, the delivery location and country does need to be specified first for an accurate shipping cost to be applied, regardless of the checkout method. “I would give this 5 stars ⭐️ Unfortunately these toys make one of my French bulldogs extremely aggressive and l have tried them on 3 separate occasions. However my other 2 Frenchies do love them”

“I was very excited for the bones to come, but my dog ate one of the bones in just over a day - I thought for the price it would last a lot longer & was a lot smaller than I thought it would be when I ordered a large. But the second bone was good, and is holding strong so far. So overall rated 3 stars.”

“My dog loves the treats. I'm afraid I don't like the packaging. These are supposed to be "eco" treats (made from insects, very good) but the packaging has no indication about what to do with it when the treats are all gone. So not very "eco". The planet will suffer if we don't tackle the packaging issue, as well as the ingredients issue. I sincerely hope to see recycling information very soon.”

“Previously I would've given five stars without hesitation, but the last three toys that I have bought have not been the same standard and have not lasted 20 minutes before coming apart. Very disappointing as a mouse toys lasted weeks and was a favourite but since then the toys have not been nearly as good quality.”

“Service great - Antler great, but Olive Branch destroyed in less than 15 minutes by Doberman, so a bit disappointed. But in fairness your service was excellent and packaging etc all recyclable.”
