I have yet to get the order I have already paid for ! It's been over 3 weeks since the money has been taken out of my account.

Hello Heather. Thank you for getting in touch. After investigation I can see that your order was placed on the 11th December and despatched on 12th December via Royal Mail. Royal Mail tracking shows that it was delivered at 10.55am on 16th December. Please check with your neighbours and your safe place as the parcel may have been left there. Please email contact@greenandwilds.co.uk if you cannot find your parcel and we will investigate further.

I still haven’t received my order I placed on the 26th November. Instead of sending it trackable they sent it untrackable . Phoned & emailed several times & they haven’t sent a replacement out

Hi Liz, We can confirm that your order was dispatched on 29/11/2024 via Royal Mail on a standard tracked 48-hour service. We have an order processing to dispatch timeframe of 3 - 5 working days and we dispatch Monday - Friday. All orders are sent on tracked services, with a tracking number provided to us by Royal Mail. Your tracking number was forwarded to you with an image of the status provided by Royal Mail. We have been receiving reports that in some areas, Royal Mail has been taking longer to deliver, not helped by the Black Friday weekend. This is as frustrating for us as it is for our customers, as we pride ourselves on processing and dispatching all orders promptly, only to find we are let down once the parcel has left our premises and by something we have no control over. We kindly asked on Wednesday if you could wait two more days to see if Royal Mail attempted to deliver. Please rest assured that your concerns are important to us, and we will investigate this matter further with Royal Mail. Our Customer Service team will follow up with you directly. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I have been asked to provide a review despite me placing this order over a week ago and STILL have not recieved it with absolutely no communication regarding a delay.

Hello Amber. My colleague in Customer Services replied to your email yesterday. Your parcel was delivered the day after you placed your order to the address on your account, a proof of delivery was also sent in the email. Notifications would have been sent to the email address that is on your account that you set up, which is different to the address from which we received your email yesterday. Please do reply to customer services if you have any further queries or wish to discuss further.

I can confirm your order was picked one day after receiving it, and was dispatched via Royal Mail on Monday 27th November '23 via a 48h tracked service (We only dispatch Mon - Fri) We have heard reports that in some areas, Royal Mail are struggling with the volume of parcels due to the Black Friday Sales and time of year and items are taking far longer than expected to be delivered. I’m really gutted as I was recommended this company by a friend. I placed an order in December and 4 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. I emailed and was told another order would be sent to me which I still haven’t received. Really bad service.

Hi We are very sorry to hear this. As soon as you contacted us about the missing order, we looked into it, responded to you and offered to send out the order again. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always do what we can to make sure our customers receive their orders . Your original order was placed on 28/12/22 whilst we were closed over the Christmas holiday period. It was processed and dispatched on 03/01/23, the first day that we were all back in the office and warehouse. Unfortunately, the courier company failed to deliver it to you and left you with no instructions to organise a redelivery or where to collect it from, or that after 12/01/22 it would no longer be available for collection and would eventually be returned to us. We were completely unaware of this and had we known that DPD had left it at a collection point, we would have tried to arrange to have it redelivered to you or we would have resent your order sooner. We will be taking up the issue with the courier company as we feel they have let us down as your order was processed and dispatched promptly. Your order was resent as promised and the tracking shows that it will be with you today (23/01/23). We hope that when it arrives, you and your pets will be really happy with the products and will give us another try. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The Green&Wild's Team

Highly recommended by my holistic vet; however, my ex-feral cat wouldn't go near these treats. Have passed them on to a friend in case her cat will eat them. Shame

Hi Cathy We are very sorry to hear that your cat wouldn't give the treats a try. Our Tiddlers for Cats are a best seller but just like humans, pets can have different tastes and preferences too. Hi We understand it can be frustrating that some orders are taking longer than expected to arrive. Smaller orders are dispatched via Royal Mail as it is still the most cost-effective postage solution to offer our customers, but unfortunately delivery time scales have been impacted by their frequent Industrial Strike Action days, causing delays in delivery which are out of our control. We did respond to your separate communication sent to our contact email address and addressed your questions and provided an explanation. A review invitation is sent out automatically and it can be used to review any aspect of the order process, website etc - not just our products, and leaving a review isn't compulsory. As a small team, who pride ourselves on our customer service, it is always deflating to receive a negative review, especially when the main issue is caused by factors beyond our control. I ordered two olive wood sticks for our springer spaniels and within 10 minutes of them having the sticks, both of them were vomiting. A lot. This couldn't have been a coincidence and I could see splinters of the wood in their vomit. They are not puppies thankfully as that could have been much worse.

I’ve had to resort to writing this review as my message to you on Instagram has not been read or acknowledged- (Order number 55775) I have a 6 month old cockapoo. So after doing lots of research, I came across (& was also recommended) your brand. Your toys looked amazing and relatively durable and I liked the concept of you using the jute etc. I ordered the olive octopus, Francois Frog and the crinkler (the big one) The crinkler is great and still fully in tact and Mia loves it. After having the frog and octopus for a just few hours, they have been chewed and completely come apart/destroyed. Whilst I know that the toys aren’t 100% indestructible- it’s very disappointing, to say the least.... What can be done about this? Thanks in advance, David (& Mia 🐾)

I would like to make a better informed review but, a week on and I haven’t even had an email to say my order has been despatched! My poor pup is in need of her replacement antler, she’s taken to bringing in sticks to chew with all the dangers and mess associated with sticks!
