“If I had to leave a negative comment it would be that it is difficult to imagine how large the dog chews/bones/antlers etc. are from the pictures shown. I have two cairns and the chews I ordered were enormous! However, ordering is simple and straightforward, delivery is excellent and customer service is helpful and polite. Everything you would require from a supplier. Thank you.”

“The medium split antler was quite small when compared to the unsplit. Quite expensive when adding postage but dog seems to like them!”

“I really like the quality of the products and know that I am giving my dog healthy snacks and treats. The web site is user friendly and ordering is easy; delivery is quick. My custom is usually rewarded too with vouchers for money off or free delivery. I have recommended this company to friends and will continue to do so. I am a happy customer and Milo is a happy, healthy dog.”

“Having been given one of the Christmas gift packs, my dog particularly liked the fishy things. Much as she enjoyed the salmon skins, I wouldn't buy them again as the smell was strong on your fingers, they were quite greasy to touch and the bag didn't appear to be re-sealable. On the other hand, the "bag of tiddlers" were great and I ordered another 11 packs (11 qualified for free postage). Prompt delivery, no complaints (from me or the dog).”

“The service is fine however, there is a problem with the online ordering software which seems to accumulate new orders onto your last one, even though your basket says its empty. This is the second time this has happend. Last time we got 21 bags, this time we ended up with 27 bags of snacks rather than 6! My husband has tested this as well and there is definitely an issue. This was done on an ipad.”

“I was originally looking for Fallow deer chews.....I found them! When they arrived they were superior quality and larger than previous ones I had bought. I then purchased other bits and bobs all which Were excellent and appreciated by two smooth collies and a patterdale”

“My pooches LOVE your antler powder. I have struggled to find a similar and affordable product in New Zealand so was delighted to find you shipped to NZ. That's for your prompt postage - my furbies sniffed out the parcel when it arrived and scoffed their dinner when I used it. It's brilliant stuff X”
