“Our dog absolutely loves these treats! We have tried 5 different ones and all have been a success. We have never seen him so excited for treats before (he had a sample sniff when we opened the sticks) – and he almost airwalked trying to give paw to get the treats faster.”

“I can't rate G&W highly enough. I used their products when I had my last dog - she loved the entire fallow deer antlers (sadly these no longer seem to be available). My current pup loves the fallow antlers as well - we get her the large size - and also the chew roots. The team are very responsive to any queries and their customer service second to none. Thanks all at G&W. Ethel x”

The invoice breaks down the costs and shows the VAT separately, however, the total price is still the same as those displayed for each product. For the shipping cost to be calculated, the delivery location and country does need to be specified first for an accurate shipping cost to be applied, regardless of the checkout method. “Love the concept and the checkout process was easy but the "Chuck Ball Eco Toy" broke within 24 hours. The rope tore away from the ball so it is no good as a pull toy. The ball has lasted longer though and my one-year-old laborador loves it! Edit: Recieved a lovely reply from Katherine who not only replaced the toy but sent an extra bag of treats! A+++ customer service, thank you!”
