“I only received 1 part of my order and not the other and it took from the 19/12/17 until the 03/01/18 to deliver. I understand this is over the Christmas period, but even so.....it was a slow delivery service.”

“Ordered a couple of extra-large (XL) antlers and a Christmas goody-bag for my two dogs. The items arrived in just a couple of days. While the bones seemed smaller than the previous XL bones we've received, they've kept the chaps busy with a couple of months' worth of chewing still to go. We've only opened one of the packets from the goody-bag so far, that's the fish tiddlers: Wow, they make the room smell like a fishmonger's armpit and are so very popular with the dogs. Order these items again? Of course, antlers and goodies aren't just for my Christmas, they're for the dogs'.”

“Purchased large "Tough" antler for my dog who is delighted with it. Was getting concerned as getting very close to Christmas and hadn't arrived but all was well as it arrived the day before Christmas Eve. One very happy dog!”

“Yes, I buy my kitties presents from Santa Paws! I was pleasantly surprised when the order I placed just before Christmas arrived within a day, thank you so much. I somehow think that their (not just for Xmas) treats had a lot more goodness in them than our own festive delights. I will be back for more, thank you G&W.”

“Clear description made ordering easy (With a large dog it can sometimes be difficult to get an antler that is big enough to be safe). Not cheap but well worth the money. Good for our large, sensitive skin boy who can't have conventional chews due to allergies. These chews last almost twelve months!”

“My boy has an EXTREMELY sensitive tummy and hasn't had a bone in years because of it but loves to chew so after some thorough research I decided to take a chance and try him with an antler. He and I are over the moon... no adverse tummy reaction for him and no mess for me. Would definitely recommend and I loved the Xmas tag and bells though we couldn't wait til Xmas 😊 antler was exactly as specified on website and he absolutely loves it”

“They make my daughters Bedlingtons happy!! They love the duck in particular and adore throwing it about and growling! You don't seem to have it just now but the jute circle was a particular favourite and lasted for quite a few months though it didn't look the same by then it did survive for quite a time! I love the fact that I can buy stuff for them which is robust and environmentally friendly - I can spend without guilt!!”
