Hi Tracy Thank you for leaving a review and it's great to hear you love our products. The demand for our products is becoming increasingly higher as our reputation for producing quality toys and healthy treats grows. This, coupled with supplier issues (which in the current financial climate, have been experienced by many retailers) has unfortunately led to cases where demand has far exceeded supply. We have been working closely with our main supplier, who has now addressed the issue and stock replenishment should be more consistent and back to normal shortly. The Green&Wild's Team

“We love your eco dog toys! We have pet gun dogs and so don’t allow our dogs to have toys with squeakers in them. We also like knowing that if they were to chew up the toy (they are very robust though!) that there’s nothing nasty or toxic in there. Your toys last well and our dogs love them. Very speedy delivery too- we’ll be buying again!”

“Both of my dogs love these and they last a bit longer than the average biscuit treat because they are a little bit harder. All healthy ingredients without losing flavour...my two tell me they're super tasty and I must buy more! Ten out of ten for us.”

“These are the first treats I've been able to give my protein-sensitive dog. He loves them and there are no nasty side effects. If your dog has any tummy troubles or irritated skin I would highly recommend them.”

We don't add anything to our treats that would cause discomfort or side effects to dogs with food sensitivities or that have delicate tummies and it's always nice to hear when a dog loves our treats. Hi Thank you very much for leaving us a review and for your repeat custom. Our treat packs are not currently widely recyclable. We have done a fair bit of research into this and have found that the vast majority of so-called bio-degradable packaging still takes in excess of 25 years to breakdown, which we feel is not good enough. When we do change our treat packaging, we want to make sure that we make the right decision. We are currently in talks with major packaging producers in this country to find a solution that works for us. Our shipping packaging is totally plastic free with paper tape and recycled cardboard filling. It’s not ideal we know but when we first started there were no realistic alternatives available which would be good enough to keep the product fresh as we do not use preservatives. Some larger supermarkets do have a soft plastics recycling centre and our treat bags can be recycled there, just not at the kerbside yet. The Green&Wild's Team.

“Christmas presents for the dogs but love the fact they are eco friendly, even the packaging was too. The toys look very sturdy so I’m sure they’ll be a hit. They took quite a long time to arrive though so get a wiggle on if they are Xmas gifts x”

“My dog loves your products, especially the beef hearts, these days I just have to cut them up into small pieces to make them go a bit further. Good to know that it’s all nourishing stuff with no rubbish in, to keep our dog happy and healthy.”

Hi We understand it can be frustrating that some orders are taking longer than expected to arrive. Smaller orders are dispatched via Royal Mail as it is still the most cost-effective postage solution to offer our customers, but unfortunately delivery time scales have been impacted by their frequent Industrial Strike Action days, causing delays in delivery which are out of our control. We did respond to your separate communication sent to our contact email address and addressed your questions and provided an explanation. A review invitation is sent out automatically and it can be used to review any aspect of the order process, website etc - not just our products, and leaving a review isn't compulsory. As a small team, who pride ourselves on our customer service, it is always deflating to receive a negative review, especially when the main issue is caused by factors beyond our control.
