“I still haven’t received my order I placed on the 26th November. Instead of sending it trackable they sent it untrackable . Phoned & emailed several times & they haven’t sent a replacement out”

Hi Liz, We can confirm that your order was dispatched on 29/11/2024 via Royal Mail on a standard tracked 48-hour service. We have an order processing to dispatch timeframe of 3 - 5 working days and we dispatch Monday - Friday. All orders are sent on tracked services, with a tracking number provided to us by Royal Mail. Your tracking number was forwarded to you with an image of the status provided by Royal Mail. We have been receiving reports that in some areas, Royal Mail has been taking longer to deliver, not helped by the Black Friday weekend. This is as frustrating for us as it is for our customers, as we pride ourselves on processing and dispatching all orders promptly, only to find we are let down once the parcel has left our premises and by something we have no control over. We kindly asked on Wednesday if you could wait two more days to see if Royal Mail attempted to deliver. Please rest assured that your concerns are important to us, and we will investigate this matter further with Royal Mail. Our Customer Service team will follow up with you directly. Hi We can see from email correspondence with our Customer Service Team that your order was confirmed as dispatched and tracking information provided. Your order was processed within our 3 -5 working day timeframe (We only dispatch Mon - Friday.) It was dispatched on Monday 2nd December on a 48hr delivery service via Royal Mail and we would have expected it to be delivered by Thursday (as they state 48hr services should be delivered within 2 - 3 working days after being received) Unfortunately, your parcel was delayed whilst in the Royal Mail system - most likely due to the Black Friday sales period and was delivered 2 days later on 07/12/24. “I’ve purchased so many toys for my Cavapoo from Green and Wilds and every one has been excellent. He loves each one and they stand up to his chewing really well. I don’t buy dog toys from anywhere else as I know that they won’t last like the G&W toys. Overall excellent quality and value and I would highly recommend”
