“The website doesn’t have a basket so I had to order one after the other in separate transactions. Then, annoyingly I was offered 20% my second purchase but the emails didn’t come through quick enough for me to take advantage of this offer on my second p.”

Hi Israel, Thank you for your feedback! I am so sorry to hear about your issues with the tracking not being provided. This can sometimes happen depending on the courier that is handling your map and the location that your map is it getting sent too. Once they have been handed to the courier, we normally rely on them to update us with any tracking information, sometimes they can be early and in this case they can update us a couples of days before the map get delivered. We do try our best to provide this information as soon we have received them. Again we apologise for any inconvenience that this us caused and I hope this does not deter you from using our service in the future. “It is easy to create. There could be a few more options for design though. I did find confusing the part after the purchase was made:there was a preview image that seemed to have better quality than the downloadable files and honestly it would be nice to be able to simply download every size file all at once. I liked the final result.”

“Would be 5 stars if package arrived on time... estimate was up to 9 days for order processing and shipping, but it actually took 12. I did unexpectedly receive an extra print, so I'm wondering if processing was delayed, even though I don't notice anything wrong with either? Anyhow, Dennis is very responsive and attentive to customer service inquiries! And the maps are fantastic! I compared to three other similar companies and greaterskies offers a superior product. Overall, I definitely recommend this company!”

“Got it for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day he loved it, so did I. Don’t pay extra to get it printed it was much Cheaper to get it printed myself. Overall great customer service! Very friendly”

“I purchased a digital version. I was humming and hawing a lot about what to keep and not keep in the version I chose so because it was a birthday present for my significant other's sister I held off on making the final decision until he got to see the proof as well. We decided and I hit the button. The email came and gave me my receipt with a link to my map. Well the only issue I had was that I couldn't figure out how to download it. I thought maybe I had done something wrong and contacted them as I needed it like right away. I tried and tried and couldn't seem to find anything to start the process for the download button.. I think I kept trying to open the size by the arrow instead of moving over and seeing that the sizes were there once you clicked on the vacant space. Finally I accidentally did click on that part and the sizes appeared and then the download button showed up. So at that point I could settle down my anxiety. I did send a second email to let their staff know I found it, and did hear from them today. Not sure if that was just an issue to me or if others have had the same issue.. maybe the instructions on how to download should be a little clearer and to send it on to a photoshop I am not sure if I could even do that as I find the instructions are poor to follow. If you are in a rush as I was, it can cause a little anxiety. The actual product was beautiful and the person it was made for was very happy with it. Would I buy from them again.. yes I would in a minute.”
