“i purchase my star map for a total price of less than $45.00 and they billed my credit card for $81.00. I can't even get the map off of my computer drive to put on a usb very disallusioned and taken advantage of”

Hi Again, I have previously tried to contact you to try and rectify the situation, please do get in touch with us so we can try and resolve any issues regarding our service. Furthermore, I checked with our payment company about the amount you have been charged and it only shows that you were charged $39, so I'm not quite sure what happened, the more reason why I urge you to please contact us at greaterskies@greaterskies.com to try and fix the issue. “Ordered one for my eldest daughter Esme, she loved it, I am delighted. So I've ordered another for my youngest daughter Sally, knowing her I think she will ove it just as much if not more than her sister. “Great Skymap! Elegant and fancy for my teenager which is really hard to surprise. Fantastic costumer service, we had an issue with the delivery company and the company costumer service solved it quickly and professionally. We will order new products in the future. If you are not sure about a different type of present, keep in mind to order one of this skymaps.”
