“El servicio de atención al cliente no puede ser menos resolutivo. Hace más de un mes que pagué mi pedido y aún no lo hemos recibido, parece que si no lo pides con 6 meses de antelación no podrás usarlo como regalo para un día especial... El paquete lleva más de 10 días en la aduana y no he recibido ninguna explicación ni estimación por parte del equipo de atención al cliente sobre su estado, además de que depende de otro de sus departamentos que no les responden. Consiguen que lo que parece una buena idea para un regalo especial se convierta en una larga espera sin resultados. No recomiendo a nadie usar esta página.”

“Would be 5 stars if package arrived on time... estimate was up to 9 days for order processing and shipping, but it actually took 12. I did unexpectedly receive an extra print, so I'm wondering if processing was delayed, even though I don't notice anything wrong with either? Anyhow, Dennis is very responsive and attentive to customer service inquiries! And the maps are fantastic! I compared to three other similar companies and greaterskies offers a superior product. Overall, I definitely recommend this company!”

“i purchase my star map for a total price of less than $45.00 and they billed my credit card for $81.00. I can't even get the map off of my computer drive to put on a usb very disallusioned and taken advantage of”

Hi Again, I have previously tried to contact you to try and rectify the situation, please do get in touch with us so we can try and resolve any issues regarding our service. Furthermore, I checked with our payment company about the amount you have been charged and it only shows that you were charged $39, so I'm not quite sure what happened, the more reason why I urge you to please contact us at greaterskies@greaterskies.com to try and fix the issue.
