“Wish you would put the state on ot too”

If those details are requested to be shown, those need to be incorporated within the personal text or title. “I was so impressed by the customer service that I received from Greaterskies, even when I had sent some incorrect information, I sent the correction request in time that they were able and willing to change the order without any additional charge They continued to communicate with me throughout the process and when I did received the finished product it was exactly what I expected and a wonderful Birthday Gift. “The map was super easy to create and looked wonderful upon printing. The customer service was also amazing! I made a mistake in my original instant download and they were very helpful in assisting me in fixing the error.”

“Easy to navigate the website and customise my star map. I was so happy with the delivery time and it was packaged well. First impressions was that it looked amazing and a showstopper in our home. My husband walked through the door and his jaw dropped, he was stunned at how magical it was and it’s a really special keepsake for a beautiful moment that we can cherish forever.”

Hello, Thank you for leaving us your review. We are very sorry to see we've only been awarded one star. You created your star map and purchased the digital printable download. I am sorry to hear the print quality is not sufficient but I feel that has very little do to with the quality of the download itself. Like you say, it's more of a home printer issue. I can ensure you our downloads are of the highest quality and even if printed in a large scale format (50x70cm) the images are pristine. We also offer a printed maps shipped to your door for free. We use highest quality inks which will not fade over time and are printing on a high end quality paper which display our maps the best. If you wish to upgrade to the printed map please do get in touch with us directly and we will, of course, refund you the amount paid for the download. Best regards, Milla Customer Support
