“I was super impressed with the really quick shipping as wel as the print. I was however, extremely disappointed with the cheap Perspex frame it came with. I would have thought that for $50, it would at least be glass. Even Kmart does glass! Next time would order again but frame it myself.”

Hi Emily, Thank you for your message we appreciate your feedback! Regarding the frame, the reason why we chose the frame is for its finish and lightweight properties - we are working on having more of a choice of frames although we are trying to minimise the cost. Also, the reason why we don't use glass is that glass is thicker and less transparent, detracting from the overall clarity of the map. “We ordered this as a 50th wedding anniversary gift for our good friends. It was really nice and they loved it! He kept sending us texts about things he kept noticing. It was nice as the planets and constellations were printed on the sky. Other similar companies did not do this. It was shipped very quickly and we received it before expected.”

“I bought one constellation map because I wanted for a gift. I needed right away so I pay for download it. Once I paid, nothing happened (any bottom to click or coming back or nothing, the screen was static). I was waiting an image or a link for downloaded, so basically I paid for something I didn’t receive. I tried to contact them in the telephone number that was in the bill that I paid and nothing, there is not a contact number or mail or any way to contact with customer service. They have the option in the page of “saving map” (so you can come back and buy it). It was through thatI could contact them, but lasted too much in reply. I had to buy other thing for the present. I basically lost my money.”

As explained in our emails, the map went through but, unfortunately, the final step was missed so it was not sent for final review.
