“I really appreciate the fast service and the kind replies to my emails. During this difficult time with the coronavirus they offered me a voucher for a downloaded map which was greatly appreciated. The map came out lovely for my friend and I would gladly do business again with this company in the future. Please please please check out this company. Greater Skys indeed does a wonderful job with the quality of their products and their amazing customer service. Thank you for your question. It is indeed a very good observation that not many people notice. The reason is that it is the standard way to display maps in Astronomy: traditionally all the stars charts are made like this. If you were lying on the ground in a starry night, looking up to the starry sky, vertically with your feet pointing South and your head North, the West would be at your right hand side and East on your left. It is basically the same effect as looking at your reflection in a mirror. I really hope this helped. “Unfortunately, my experience with them was not good. My map came with an incomplete dedication. I reached out to customer service and they NEVER replied back....”

“I would absolutely recommend Greaterskies! Greaterskies customer service is fantastic - I emailed prior to purchasing with some questions regarding international delivery and they promptly and clearly answered all my questions. I also had an issue with the delivery (not Greaterskies fault, an issue with the courier) and Greaterskies went above and beyond to rectify it. The poster itself looks fantastic and the gift recipient loved it. Such a beautiful way to mark a special moment in time.”

“The print quality was excellent. I just printed on photo paper at walgreens (which was so much faster because I didn't have time to wait since it was my anniversary! ). My husband, with teary eyes, said it meant so much to him and was the best gift he'd ever received. We also lived studying it and reading all ther names of constellations, stars and planets. It's amazing.”

“Awesome product, great customer service. Map is of the sky the night my wife and I met in 1974. We remember the many stars and the full moon but to have a record of the sky that night is special. Thanks!”

“I ordered a Mother’s Day gift from Greaterskies, when the item arrived it was damaged. I was very disappointment and emailed customer services straight away. A kind representative called Dennis replied and asked for some picture and a replacement would be sent ASAP. Dennis was very apologetic and resolved the issue very quickly, I had a replacement within a couple of days. I’m sure the damage occurs in transit which was the couriers fault. Despite this greaterskies got me a new item sent straight away. Very happy with there customer service, I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again myself.”

“I purchased a map of the sky for our daughter who is celebrating her 30th birthday, it’s from the night she was born back in 1990. It’s a beautiful gift and our daughter was totally chuffed with same. So excited and thought it was a novel gift to receive. The service was excellent and product of very good quality.
