“I ordered three prints one for my brother, one for my sister, and one for myself. I had chosen the night sky of my dad’s birthday. He recently passed and I thought this would be a unique remembrance of him. My brother and sister were thrilled with the print as I was. Quality work and fast shipping. Thank you. “Dennis was a great help assisting me to remove not supported letters for other languages. At least for the text bellow the map, I would suggest you support also other languages and not only letters in English alphabet.”

“I ordered this over a month and a half ago and still haven’t received it. It was for an anniversary and the only email I got was to review it and I did and how my product was which I never got. When I go to hit contact on your website the link doesn’t work but every other linked us and no one will get back to me! The email below is the last email that I’ve gotten and that’s to review it no one has answered since such poor customer service and I got recommended to you guys. I even paid extra for shorter shipping and upgraded the product”

Hi Dee I am so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, this map was not submitted to print. I am investigating this now to see what has happened but there are no logs for any submissions and it seems the review link was opened but never actioned. “Unfortunately I'm must say I was very disappointed . I paid 70 something for it to be places in a tube and instead of a flat shipping package envelope !! With that its not flat its rolled and and just not going to look nice in a frame I'm am greatly unsatisfied ... I paid a lot of money for this just to be disappointed..”

Hi Tarah Thank you so much for your feedback. Rolling and placing it in a tube is the safest and most efficient way of transporting fragile prints without frames. “Product is good quality. However I misunderstood that the picture would be mounted like a canvas. Not just a rolled up poster in a tube. Still happy with it though, will just need to get it framed or something so that I can hang on the wall. Thanks.”

“I used your service for the first time for a gift to some friends (baby birth). Although I cannot rate the product itself I would like to share a small disappointment about the « webshop » and suggestions: - allow customers/buyers to track the product - allow the costumers/buyer to add a small note for the staff who’s taking care of the order or at least for the recipient so they know who’s sending them the gift! This because I had to spoil a bit the surprise and ask my friends if they received the gift ... :(”

As for the tracking, you should have been sent this but I will investigate why this has not happened. As per the note, you are right and we are working on this. Usually, they would contact us on customer service and we would add it in but all our gifts should be gift ready with the purchasers and the delivery details on the note. : ) We will try to improve on this and thank you for the review. Thank you for your review! Hopefully as we grow, we will be able to reduce our costs as a smaller business. Our maps our the best in the market. Rather than just getting some black and white dots you get design, accuracy and a whole lot more objects in the sky.
