“Customer service was wonderful about getting back to you and were very helpful. The website was a bit confusing when it came to placing the order. It shipped within a few days so it must be easy to create. Not worth the price. I was so disappointed when my son opened it. Looked like a 19.99 item not 56.99. For the price it should come framed. Not something I would recommend for the price.”

“I love the quality of the map that I received. I also really appreciated the customer service; I made a mistake on my initial submission, and I contacted customer service for support. Tim was able to correct the mistake and then reached out to me every step of the way (I.e. to let me know that the product has shipped; to ask if I was satisfied once I received it; etc). I was a really pleasant experience! Finally, I love the variety of background options for the map. This purchase is for my little nephew on his first birthday, and one of the themes was very fitting for children.”

“The frame is quite light pine and comes with a sheet of thin perspex/plastic rather than glass. I was surprised that the star map was not actually placed in the frame and was just wrapped up with it, I almost thought I had been sent an empty frame. The paper that it is printed on is similar to thin shiny photo paper. Not quite what I was expecting. It is nice and the only map I could find that was accurate for the northern hemisphere and had star and constellation names. For the price I had expected better quality printing, paper and a frame. The gold line separating the text heading and subtext is not solid and appears to have run out of ink half way through the print (if its meant to have a fade in it, this is terrible, its not even in the centre of the line). The overall print quality of the starmap appears as if the it has been blown up too big and has a slight blur to the markings and text.”

“The star map I created for my wife for our 17 year anniversary turned out fantastic. It was delivered in great packaging and arrived pretty quick considering it was in transit during the Thanksgiving holiday. It is just as high quality as promised, and my wife absolutely loves this. She even had me hang it up in the living room for all of our visitors to see. I especially like how this one shows constellations, planets, and major stars.”
