“It was a very seamless process with great communication from GreaterSkies on everything. After purchase I had a concern because I did not see the charge for several days on my credit card, but was assured within an hour of messaging that all was fine. They continued to follow up. The product was as expected and was delivered far ahead of the predicted date, which was a very pleasant surprise. It was originally predicted to arrive on October 14 and came on September 28th. It was a gift and the option to send a communication on it was also offered, which I did not realized would be. I will post a picture once it is up on my niece's wall. All in all a good experience and I would definitely order again.”

“Addendum to my review below-Greaterskies did get back to me about two/three day after my original email. They were very apologetic for the delay and made the changes I asked for, though it was too late for my project. Greaterskies then gave me a FULL REFUND on my order as well as sending me the file. I had the original printed on canvas and the recipients LOVED it! Though things started out rocky with Greaterskies, they completed stepped up with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering again. Was excited about the product and ordered a map for download. Before finalizing I had a question which I sent to Greaterskies and received no reply other than a confirmation that my email had been received. I needed the map for a wedding gift so finalized my order without my question being answered. Now my Greaterskies map page will not allow me to download the file I paid for. I emailed them again-who knows if I will get a reply.....”

Hi Israel, Thank you for your feedback! I am so sorry to hear about your issues with the tracking not being provided. This can sometimes happen depending on the courier that is handling your map and the location that your map is it getting sent too. Once they have been handed to the courier, we normally rely on them to update us with any tracking information, sometimes they can be early and in this case they can update us a couples of days before the map get delivered. We do try our best to provide this information as soon we have received them. Again we apologise for any inconvenience that this us caused and I hope this does not deter you from using our service in the future. “I bough the digital download. Amazing!!! After purchasing you are sent an email with a link to your map. There you can still customize your map and the size and download however many you need. This was an amazing one year wedding anniversary gift!”
