“I was struggling to create my order, first on my PC the on my phone, I contacted Customer Service and within minutes I received a reply from Dennis. Dennis was awesome and helped me complete my transaction. I will own up to the issue being operator error.. me! I am so excited for my husband to receive his gift, it’s a tribute to our furry baby Tucker who we lost this year. My husband looks at the night sky every night and says the brightest star is Tucker letting him know he is ok. Thank you so much for helping me complete this transaction.”

“The process was simple and the results looked stunning. I only wish we could add a bit more personalization. For example, we saw a shooting star that night and it would have been neat to add an effect somewhere to represent that in the print. Still, it is beautiful and a wonderful memory keepsake.”

“A little different than the competitors, though all still lack the most simple element. The marked location itself, can be easy to figure out, if you remember geography. Great opportunity to teach a lost skill, but def the first question, "Where are we?"”

Thanks for your feedback! To answer your question : ) A starmap is a map of stars and not of land. Which means you, yourself, do not feature on the map. Although, as you get to choose your location. Our maps centre to that location. So you are right bang in the middle. Just imagine looking up from your location and seeing the stars above, those are the stars of your sky. But to give more in-depth information, traditional starmaps are actually reversed - if you notice, the compass directions are switched - East is West and visa versa. This follows tradition of viewing stars as if you were above the stars rather than below them which is easier to navigate.
