“Hello. I ordered a greatskies poster as an anniversary gift to my wife. I loved the detail that you guys have in the map itself compared to other websites where it is either with no color or less detail. However, the point I realized after receiving the map or something that you guys can add to the map is the date and location. After receiving the order, I realized that the map didn’t have the date or the location. It’s shown as a default on some websites and I think it should be given as an option on your website as well to make an already amazing map even better. But I think the service has been quick and amazing.”

Thank you so much for your feedback : ) Your date, time and location is always indicated in your map - it is in faint grey writing usually found in the bottom right of your map. I attach our samples here: https://greaterskies.com/free-star-maps/ Our maps automatically add in the caption with the date, time and location which you would have to change manually. As your maps are completely personalised, we let you decide completely what you would like to add to your map. Thank you for your feedback : ) It seems you ordered the 40x50cm printed map - one of the products we usually print and deliver. We take into account cost and profit when allowing our product selection and the smaller sizes are not viable as a smaller business. Although, we do have the smaller sizes in our digital map product which you can print locally . “I ordered a card on January 21, it's February 10, I still haven't received it. In the delivery tracking, it is marked delivered but in a city different from mine. Despite two reminders, I haven't heard from Greaterskies. J'ai commandé une carte le 21 janvier, nous sommes le 10 février, je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu. Dans le suivi de livraison, elle est marquée livrée mais dans une ville différente de la mienne. Malgré deux mails de relance, je n'ai pas de nouvelle de Greaterskies.”

“I ordered a framed custom star map in a 16 x 20 size. I am very pleased with the finished product. There was a "glitch"( entirely my error ) and Dennis went out of his way to resolve the problem. He is someone who knows how to provide superior customer service. The map looks great too. It matches a map that I received as a gift. This one is for my husband and they look great hanging side by side.”
