“i made my purchase and the delivery date was set on 6/6/2022, today is 13/6/2022 and i haven´t receive it”

“I bought one constellation map because I wanted for a gift. I needed right away so I pay for download it. Once I paid, nothing happened (any bottom to click or coming back or nothing, the screen was static). I was waiting an image or a link for downloaded, so basically I paid for something I didn’t receive. I tried to contact them in the telephone number that was in the bill that I paid and nothing, there is not a contact number or mail or any way to contact with customer service. They have the option in the page of “saving map” (so you can come back and buy it). It was through thatI could contact them, but lasted too much in reply. I had to buy other thing for the present. I basically lost my money.”

As explained in our emails, the map went through but, unfortunately, the final step was missed so it was not sent for final review. " As explained previously, we, unfortunately, don't have a telephone number that customers contact directly, as a small business we can only support our customers through email as provided on our main website. As a small business, we do take pride in our service and try and help out as much as we can in supporting our customers. " I had to buy other thing for the present. I basically lost my money. " We now have refunded your full purchase along with the digital map that was already sent through your previous enquiries, so please accept this as a gesture of goodwill. “Your service is fantastic, but I found your websit very confusing to the extent I was uncertain whether my order had been received and then printed. It was, and has been printed thank goodness,but by good fortune, I feel!!!!!”

“It is easy to create. There could be a few more options for design though. I did find confusing the part after the purchase was made:there was a preview image that seemed to have better quality than the downloadable files and honestly it would be nice to be able to simply download every size file all at once. I liked the final result.”
