“I ordered two star maps for my husband's birthday. The date of our first date in one country and the date we were married in another country. I've written song that references stars and the aim is to finish it in time for our anniversary. The maps are a lovely part one! We were extra happy to see that both our astrological signs were in the sky on the date of our wedding. So romantic. He even remembered a line from my song that's a perfect fit to that. I missed the option to add another map to my order so created two orders. That was not necessary. One of the maps was stuck in transit and GreaterSkies actually cared! They followed up to see if the tardy map arrived in time. It did, the day before his birthday. It was a good experience. I would order from GreaterSkies again.”

“I bought two maps—excellent quality. You also get them in digital format, so you can use them in any creative way you like. The support is outstanding. I had a very unpleasant experience with the courier, and although GreaterSkies was in no way responsible, they went above and beyond to ensure I received my maps. Truly great people.”

“Although the quality of the map is wonderful, I received my map damaged. I reported the damage on the 24th of December & still the matter has not been resolved. I am disappointed & expected a higher level of customer service.”

“Excellent communications with seller. When I had a question, I received a reply quickly. Map arrived when promised. It really looks great it shows constellations and major stars. I went to my local craft store and picked up a ready made frame. As the map is a standard size it fit perfectly. It will be a stunning addition to my husband’s office.”

“I found this company about 5 years ago and have since bought Starmaps for each of my 3 grandchildren's First Birthday. I cannot say enough about the quality of the maps, the customer service and the uniqueness of this product. Recently they helped me to reproduce a print from 3 years ago that got lost. Staff had been fantastic in helping me out, in keeping me up to date on what was happening, etc. Fantastic! Personable! Prompt! Professional. Love this company, their product and working with them...”

“It took 3 tries making the same e-card for it to work and was charged 3 times, so had to request a refund for the first two transactions. I don’t like how there’s a watermark on back of the night sky I purchased in the card. Wish there was an option for recipient to click and download it, even if for a fee.”
