“There's just no messing around with these guys. I found them to be very punctual, I wasn't waiting around for them when they had given me a time. Customer service is brilliant, they are quick to respond to emails and queries. With regards to completing the job they were in and out with no problems and minimum disruption. Thanks again”

“The experience of using Great Grass was positive ., from going into shop and having the installation done.The members of staff were pleasant to deal with and there attitude was all about getting a good job done.The team of installers were prompt, on time, hard working, cleaned up after completion,and pleasant to deal with.”

“The service from Great Grass was really good, Mike and the team were very good at responding quickly to emails and came round to do a quote quite quickly after enquiring. The team that completed the work were very friendly and efficient and did a great job in tidying everything up before they left. The grass looks fantastic and our children now have a beautiful garden to play in.”

“Would highly recommend this company. Very efficient service from getting the quote to finishing the job. The lads that did the garden were very professional, friendly and did an amazing job. Very happy with the finished result. Also thought the price was very competitive. 10/10”

“Service was excellent since first approach. They answered all of my questions and scheduled a home visit at my earliest convenience. When visiting all the details of the work were throughly discussed. I choose then a type of grass which was not the greatest option due to my garden size. After 2 days the team called me back to let me know they had a new type of grass in stock which could be the best option, so booked a new appointment to show me the samples and discuss further. On fitting day they did the job in less than 2 hours and left all clean. What to say, outstanding service!”

“As agreed in the store, the estimator came on the agreed day and time to measure up for us. We later that day got a call confirming the costs and set a date for installation. Again the three guys arrived on time and carried out the task of removing the old lawn and installing the new grass very professionally. All were nice and friendly and tidied up their mess to leave our garden looking great. I would definitely recommend Great Grass to anyone considering getting a artificial lawn..”

“From initial telephone call to completion of works everything was of a very high standard. Gary came with samples to pick from, measured for grass required, and priced up the work. Later in the day we received a phone call with a fitting day weather permitting, ( At time we were having endless days of rain ). The fitting day had to be put back due to the rain, and new date was confirmed. The lads turned up on time ( Jason, Mark and Joel, ) on the new date, and got straight down to work. All I needed to do was keep the brews coming. When the lads left all excess rubbish was taken away with them. Great grass will definitely be recommended by us. Thanks for your professional works from office to site. Mr and Mrs Steve Amos”
