“Cancelled my order few hours after placing it. Order was still dispatched. Then I got an email after I got the despatch email to say they did not get around to see my email. I have been calling customer service for two days but no answer. Now I'm stuck with a product that I will have to pay for to return it back. Very poor customer service!”

“I heard of Grass and Co. from the Sue Perkins podcast. Their products sounded perfect for a little present for the wife. I bought her the Pillow Spray which she loves. The service was quick and efficient as was the shipping. It certainly bought me a few Brownie Points lol”

“Instantly felt an inner hug. The obligatory trip to the swings that day felt infinitely more pleasant. In fact I felt a lot more like joining in with the fun.
