“Your product is fine and works for me. I hope you will manage to deliver your oil in larger containers and find a pricelevel that is more attractive in the near future. I am spreading the word to friends and family but most people think GBP 75 for the small bottle is far to much. Good Luck!”

Hi Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share your review and also for your recommendations to family and friends. As a small business, these are invaluable to us and hugely appreciated! We recognise that our products are slightly more expensive than some on the market. This is primarily due to the quality of the CBD and botanicals that we source. We also pride ourselves on the rigorous testing of our products so that our customers can be sure that each bottle contains the CBD amount they've paid for. We openly share these Certificates of Analysis on our website product pages. These are difficult times for everyone. So, we took the decision to share regular discount codes with all our email subscribers. We are also looking into providing a subscription which will also deliver savings to regular customers. All our CBD Oils (500mg, 800mg and 1000mg) are presented in the same 10ml bottle. For those that are looking for a higher CBD strength, increasing the concentration in every 10ml bottle means that you don't have to take ingest increasing amounts of oil to achieve your dose. Adding our CBD to larger size bottles would dilute the concentration and unfortunately reduce its effectiveness. Thank you again for your message. “Following rave reviews from Edith Bowman on her Soundtracking podcast and given some increased anxiety over the past year I wanted to give CBD a try. I have to say that my recent purchase of oil in the Ease range has resulted in some much better sleep, calmer and more relaxed evenings. Absolutely love the product and throroughly recommend it!! The little guide book that came with the purchase has been really useful to test and log quantities.”

“Absolutely great company, my oil arrived in a well packed recyclable parcel, it was great to get the info with it too. The oil it’s self is quality and most certainly helps with my panic attacks, I have been using the product for five days and will continue, I am now looking at other items for Xmas presents.”

“I love this oil, unlike other oils, I have tried this is pleasant tasting.I actually do feel the benefit of it as well and I am aware of an increased feeling of wellbeing. The oil came very quickly and arrived in a little box of cardboard chippings with a booklet, the sellers obviously take the time to make sure all their goods are presented nicely. I would deal with this company again!”

“Amazing CBD oil! I have tried two others before, however this is the best tasting (by far) and most effective. I use only 2 drops at night and am asleep within 30 mins. Highly recommended :)”

“Delivery was prompt from the moment of order and well packaged. I've only been using the balm for a few days, so it’s too early to tell if it is helping my osteoporosis, but the balm smells pleasant and is easily absorbed into the skin. The directions on the box are in small type and I found them hard to read, so perhaps a slip of paper inside the box could be added in larger black type on white paper – just a suggestion, not a criticism!”

Your suggestion about the packaging is extremely timely and appreciated. Over the next couple of months, we will be introducing a new outer box for the Balms.
