“After struggling to manage my anxiety, I wasn’t sure where to turn. I was scared of the side effects of medication and wanted a more natural approach. I discovered Grass and Co online and I really liked the ethos of the company - the focus on mental well-being and how CBD could support this. I chose the Calm oil (500mg) and have been taking it for a week and a half. I’m amazed at the difference it has made already. My heart is not racing; my chest doesn’t ache anywhere near as much; my emotions are more regulated and I’m more able to relax. I don’t feel constantly restless any more. I’m flying off the handle less and dealing with stressful situations better. I definitely feel calmer. Everything has been positive so far. Thank you Grass and Co.”
