Well I was happy with 2 of my purchases but the mum one was a gift and didn't arrive on time seem to take so long

Hi Maria, thank you for finding us Wishing to check why this happened, we're a little confused We don't see many records of your purchases, just the one, which was an Elephant charm, ordered on a Friday afternoon, dispatched arriving Friday morning, several days before estimate If you can let us know more details, we'll look into this further so we can prevent this kind of thing from happening

The items arrived on time and in good condition. I was disappointed I didn’t get the little gift bag that I have done in the past. I now have to purchase something to put the charms in

Gift bag arrived all crinkled and unusable and bracelet had some sort of greasy film on it. Will be taking it into a shop to resolve. Won't be buying online again.

Service was excellent however, I am very disappoined with the size of the locket as it looked so much bigger on line. It was to hold a lock of baby hair but it is so small it was is an impossiblity. I would have returned the item but I requested inscription.

Mid score based on communication and prompt delivery. As the watch pendant is part birthday present for my wife in a couple of days time, I am unable to currently comment on the quality, although at first glance the item looks good.

I ordered wrong size earrings by error ,the lady in Hinckley Grace & Co was extremely unhappy about this offering no alternative, I suggested if I could swap them for the smaller size offering to pay the same price as it was my mistake after all, she just huffed & went off,she changed them & said "do uou want jewellery cleaner for £5.00 to make up the money ,which I didn't really ,she said you'll just have to have a credit note then abruptly, whichI replied I didn't mind that at all & thanked her,she never smiled or anything, I have dealt with this shop assistant before When there was a 20% offer on throughout the shop & shestill tried to charge me full price when I asked " are they not 20%this week as in your posters everywhere in the shop ,she never apologised for thr mistake ,she just went ahead with the transaction, I came outthat day feeling disappointed as I have always found the staff excellent, friendly & super helpful & this member of staff really does let them down ,I'm sorry about this ,a normally happy customer.

Paid extra for express delivery ordered Thursday and didn’t come until the following Thursday. But apart from that they are beautiful, and for my mums birthday today!

The charms are beautiful. However, for the price I paid I was expecting to receive it gift wrapped as you would in a shop. These were brought as a gift and I’m very reluctant to hand them a tiny charm in a tiny bit of cardboard!

Paid £95 for a silver bracelet, although it is very pretty it was quite thin. For that price, I was expecting a chunkier bracelet, more silver for my money. Saying that I received fantastic customer service, with fast and free P&P

I was disappointed that so many of the products had sold out, which really limited my selection and although 2 of the items were fine, I was disappointed with the 3rd item

Hello Sharon. And as we say, thank you for finding us. But please, do not be disappointed. We didn't bring out an offer for buy 2 get 1 free on Nomination Charms. We did bring out a buy 3 for 2 on Nomination jewellery, though? This is an offer that doesn't include the charms so we hope that this alleviates the slight disappointment received and we hope that you will come back to us again, soon.

i purchased a chain and also an S but initial was so small you can hardly see it but that is my only critisim otherwise very satisfied with service thankyou
