Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Very quick for delivery and turned up as seen on site would not of asked for anymore and if you have anything to talk about the staff in the Kettering store are very friendly and helpful would use and recommend to a friend in the future”

“Very pleased with my Swarovski purchase. Great price. The website is very easy to navigate and there's several payment options available. My order arrived way sooner than expected and in pristine condition. Even received a little Swarovski bag, as if were bought in store.”

“I ordered in store on July 16th. Still I didn't receive any message or email for collection. I called to the store and asked until then I haven't heard any notification”

Hi Shravs, We have had our online team look into this for you and can you placed the order on the 28th of July, our records show that an email was sent to you on the 1st of August to tell you that your order was ready to be collected from your selected store. We are sorry if non of these emails reached you and would advise you to check your SPAM folders in case they ended up in there by accident. Kind Regards x

“Still haven't received my order which was placed on 26th July. Sent an online form got no reply. Emailed and this was responded to quickly, was told to wait until the end of the following day for delivery. Still no items. Had to send another email to follow up. We have no issues with deliveries in our area and the local depot doesn't have the parcel. This contains a present which will now be late. Disappointed. Hope it turns up Monday!”
