“Took a little longer than expected to arrive, but that was down to Royal Mail and the lockdown. Grace & Co. we’re really responsive when I queried the delivery, and assured me they had been dispatched very soon after my order was placed. My mum is really pleased with the birthday present, says the earrings are gorgeous, and they were a great price compared with other retailers. Would definitely buy from them again.”

“Ordered 23rd May and still not received what is meant to be my mums birthday present. Royal Mail site cannot track the number given. Will leave another few days and will then ask for a refund.”

We had a small batch delayed for some reason, more likely due to the pressure of the increase in volume Royal Mail have received recently, and along with staff reductions, and also the bank holiday weekend when your order was processed, it's been a testing time.
