Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“I had a great experience with Grace & Co! Communication has been very polite, even the order confirmation email was very polite. The Ted Baker necklace I ordered was the perfect birthday gift for my mum. Shipping was fast and the necklace arrive nicely packaged and safe. Overall, I would highly recommend Grace & Co!! :)”

“Many thanks to Danielle who turned a negative into a great big positive experience for me. I initially received the wrong ring from my order, the correct ring was no longer in stock, however Danielle went out of her way to obtain another one from the Spanish jewellery company which I received last week. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be back for future purchases.”
