Have not received item even though paid for express delivery . Have tried to contact these people to get a refund and now they want feedback. So they have failed to complete the contract , have ignored my correspondence, this goes to show what an outstanding, caring company they are . Only gave them a Poor rating because they offered nothing lower .

Hello, Dean. Thank you for finding us. Firstly, we apologise for not managing to come back to you or your email correspondence with regards to your order as we've had a number of staff issues due to recent times, as we believe Royal Mail, our couriers of choice, have done also. Because of this, we can only assume that deliveries have been held back in certain areas as we have witnessed this occurring with a small handful of parcels over recent weeks, so we can only apologise for this occurring to yourself and your order. We've taken the liberty to refund to you the postage that you have paid for the parcel to be sent and we hope nevertheless that your purchase has been well-received, along with the free pair of earrings that were included within your order. I ordered a nominations watch which cost £115 . It was supposed to come with a free nominations jewellery box. The watch arrived quickly but the jewellery box still hasn’t arrived. I have emailed but no reply as yet. I am very disappointed with the service.

Hello, Pam. Thank you for finding us. We think we have a couple of apologies to make with regards to this. Firstly, for not managing to come back to you sooner with regards to your order. Our staff levels have been massively reduced over the recent weeks and emails such as customer queries have been doing to an unattended inbox. It's been a little crazy, so we're ever so sorry for appearing to be ignorant. Secondly, for not sending out your free gift! We've had a look at your order and for some reason, your purchase didn't flag up the system to automatically apply the free jewellery box to your shopping bag. After investigating this we can only imagine that it somehow broke on your order, or you may have accidentally removed it from your shopping bag when it was added, but the latter doesn't make sense to us. So, again our apologies, but we do have a jewellery box placed aside for you which we're having sent out to you as soon as we have the ability to do so as we're on restricted posting capabilities due to these unfortunate times. We'll get this sorted for you, Pam, we promise. We're so sorry again. Stay safe.

Didn’t receive an email to tell me my charm was ready to collect so my step daughter didn’t get what she wanted for her birthday on time & very disappointed then when I have complained about this I’ve not even had a response. Never again will be purchasing with yourselves

Mauvais produit envoyé, très déçue. J’ai renvoyé la bague. Et je n’ai toujours pas de nouvelles du retour. J’ai envoyé un message et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Ne pas commander chez eux.

Would not recommend. Sent wrong earings. Took far to long for the correct pair to be sent (completely missing Christmas) Agreed to refund postage but have not despite emails and telephone calls. Last few emails have not even been responded to. Would not buy from again

Have been waiting for my order for 21 day when it said it would be delivered with in 3 to 5 working days. In result of this I will no longer receive this in time for Christmas.

Hello, Dylan. We feel that we have let you down here, and we're so sorry to have upset and disappointed. We've checked our system and these were marked as dispatch quite some time ago, and we believe that these may have been lost. Because of this, we'll put in a claim and we will reimburse you the entire amount paid for your order. We hope that you have managed to get a cherished gift in time. We're so sorry again. This is quite a rarity

I have already emailed to complain. I ordered a charm last week, in t had package there was a gift bag and a gift box but no charm inside. I have double checked and treble checked but there was no charm inside the parcel. I am extremely annoyed as this was a birthday present which now I won’t be able to give to my friend. Also, I’ve had one reply from you asking to re check the parcel to make sure it hasn’t slipped out. I have replied to that email to tell you that I have in fact checked and there is no charm to be seen. I look forward to hearing from you, you’rs sincerely, a very angry and disappointed customer.

Hi Kayleigh. We have literally just replied to you with regards to this as we have looked into this to find out what could have happened, but we really do not know. As we've stated in our email to you, we'll send out another one if you still wish to receive it? Reply to that email, and we'll get this sorted out for you. We're so sorry this has happened. Hello, Carol. We're sorry to get this review when you're questioning as to where your order is. Upon checking the status of your order, it's at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office because there wasn't anyone in at the time of delivery to receive the item. The order came in on Friday night, we dispatched it Monday, and it would have arrived to you the next day on a Tuesday, last week. All of the necessary links and details have been sent out to you to enable you to track your item and you can arrange a redelivery as well. You should have these on your Order Dispatched email where tell you that it is on its way. If you wish to have these details sent out to you again, please contact us directly using our contact form quoting your order number, and we'll get these emailed to you so that you have the necessary details to collect your order. We hope this helps.

Nothing has arrived at my house. And before my order i wrote about three emails to you. After the firstone where you asked me to give you more information.... you haven't responded any other one.... and that was 2 weeks ago.

Hello, Nadine. Thank you for your feedback, but we do feel saddened by it. We have checked our system using your name and we can't locate any details other than the order you have placed with us 9 days ago. The item has indeed been sent out and you should have received an email with the tracking number on it. We've just checked this and it's currently in Zurich being overseen by customs. Being as we have sent it out to Switzerland, we have stated on our site that it will take up to 10 working days for it to arrive, which means next Monday at the latest. If you have any further issues please use our contact form on our website so we can investigate this for you.

Paid for next day delivery, it arrived 4 days later , then when it arrived item wasn’t as seen on the website and wasn’t able to return it due to being eating, effectively leaving a pair of earings that weren’t what I wanted .....

We've just checked our system and we can see that we received your order and dispatched it to ensure that it arrived within our 48 hour timeframe, going by the Express Delivery postage which you selected as it was placed on the 4th and the parcel arrived on the 4th. If we have indeed sent out the wrong earrings or these were not as they appeared to be according to the details on our website then please accept our apologies and follow the Delivery & Returns policy within the Order Confirmation email that you received. We received your first email when we got to work on Tuesday, and haven't managed to be much quicker than this. We're ever so sorry. Hello, Lewis. Thank you for finding us. I can assure you that the items were indeed authentic earrings from the brand you purchased from and official packaging was provided for the pieces. If you wish for us to provide a box in addition to the protective pouch that you received, to make up for this disappointing review, we can have it sent out to you should you wish.

Did not send an email to say the item was on its way. The item was not delivered on time even though I paid extra for express delivery.

We've checked your order and we can see that the right emails were sent out to you on the late Friday evening of the order being placed and upon the order being dispatched. The order should have arrived at you on the 20th and upon checking your delivery details, it did. We're sorry if there has been any confusion.
