“I have already emailed to complain. I ordered a charm last week, in t had package there was a gift bag and a gift box but no charm inside. I have double checked and treble checked but there was no charm inside the parcel. I am extremely annoyed as this was a birthday present which now I won’t be able to give to my friend. Also, I’ve had one reply from you asking to re check the parcel to make sure it hasn’t slipped out. I have replied to that email to tell you that I have in fact checked and there is no charm to be seen. I look forward to hearing from you, you’rs sincerely, a very angry and disappointed customer.”

Hi Kayleigh. We have literally just replied to you with regards to this as we have looked into this to find out what could have happened, but we really do not know. As we've stated in our email to you, we'll send out another one if you still wish to receive it? Reply to that email, and we'll get this sorted out for you. We're so sorry this has happened. Hello, Carol. We're sorry to get this review when you're questioning as to where your order is. Upon checking the status of your order, it's at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office because there wasn't anyone in at the time of delivery to receive the item. The order came in on Friday night, we dispatched it Monday, and it would have arrived to you the next day on a Tuesday, last week. All of the necessary links and details have been sent out to you to enable you to track your item and you can arrange a redelivery as well. You should have these on your Order Dispatched email where tell you that it is on its way. If you wish to have these details sent out to you again, please contact us directly using our contact form quoting your order number, and we'll get these emailed to you so that you have the necessary details to collect your order.
