“I wanted a Nomination Charm engraving for a Christmas present for my daughter - thankfully I went onto Grace & Co site, found the charm I wanted, added the names for engraving on it, placed my order, it was so easy and simple just like being in the shop with the assistant helping me - Thank you for making on line purchasing and engraving so simple, and as always with Grace & Co excellent value for money”

“I did write immediately after placing two orders realising that I could have had free postage!! I HAD NO RESPONSE OR REFUND FROM YOU. I thought this was rather inconsiderate so I am doubtful that you will even read this!!”
