“I came across this company whilst searching for the perfect Christmas gift for my step daughters. From the minute I ordered and all the struggles in between they have been excellent. Not being able to shop and try on made this difficult but every question I had was replied to quickly and sufficiently. The things I have ordered are beautiful. “Although the product was lovely & just what l ordered, the packaging was very poor, the ear rings were just slotted in a piece of cardboard, rather than placed in the box provided, also the gift bag was crushed, due to the postman pushing through my letter box, no fragile sticker put on parcel which may of helped,”
