Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Beautiful necklace and pendant , only thing that I was disappointed with was the extension part of the chain, this can only be set to long or short, no in between options due to size of the smaller links. 🔗”

“Grace & Co were easy to order from and delivered quickly too. However, the ring itself feels on the cheap side and I would say not as pictured. Its more of a delicate ring, rather than chunky I'd say?”

“Was a bit disappointed with the packaging, but that might just be my expectation as it was a gift for someone, I had to also polish the link as it looked like it had a finger print smudge on it ,but apart from that I'm quite happy”

Our standard delivery time is estimated at 3-5 working days this is dependent on Royal Mail, we always appreciate feedback if they do not meet these expectations. “I ordered in store on July 16th. Still I didn't receive any message or email for collection. I called to the store and asked until then I haven't heard any notification”

Hi Shravs, We have had our online team look into this for you and can you placed the order on the 28th of July, our records show that an email was sent to you on the 1st of August to tell you that your order was ready to be collected from your selected store. We are sorry if non of these emails reached you and would advise you to check your SPAM folders in case they ended up in there by accident. Kind Regards x

“Overall I’m happy with the ease of use of the website and the speed of delivery. Really happy with the product too. The only thing I found frustrating was the fact that I was advised on your website that I’d get a 15% discount on the item if I subscribed to your newsletter which I did. The code supplied was not valid. I did check terms and conditions and the item I chose met the criteria so this did make an otherwise very good service, slightly disappointing.”
