Still haven't received my order which was placed on 26th July. Sent an online form got no reply. Emailed and this was responded to quickly, was told to wait until the end of the following day for delivery. Still no items. Had to send another email to follow up. We have no issues with deliveries in our area and the local depot doesn't have the parcel. This contains a present which will now be late. Disappointed. Hope it turns up Monday!

Grace & Co were amazing from order to delivery. Sadly the Swarovski necklace was not!I have returned it and await my refund. I would shop with Grace & Co again.

I bought a present for my daughter-in-law on April 19°, the same day Grace & Co asked me for some additional information about my credit card, I answered immediately and I received two emails one of them telling me that the payment had been successful and another one with a postage confirmation number (DS285668805GB). Take into account that I had paid an extra fee for the present to be delivered in a fast way. As the present didn't arrive I sent a new email on April 25° and Grace &Co asked me for the same information about my credit card that I had already sent on April 19°, as I got upset Grace & Co apologized telling me that my email was received as a spam, which is impossible because I answered on the same mail that they sent to me. So, the present did not arrive on time although I paid an extra fee. I am really quite upset that Grace & Co treated me so badly as a new customer, I will never buy again On-Line products from your company

I am so disappointed as I still haven't received the Ted Baker earrings I purchased for my friend's birthday and this is after sending a chasing email to which Grace & Co have not replied. My friend's birthday has now passed and as I had spent money on the earrings I had to explain why there was no present. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I followed the steps here but still waiting for a response - • If there are any issues regarding to the order process, let us know via our contact form here. Please can someone respond to me as so far all you have done is take my money!

Hi Wendy, We're so sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. We can confirm that your order was dispatched on Thursday 1st September via Royal Mail First Class delivery to your given delivery address. A confirmation email was also sent to your given email address confirming the dispatch along with the postage reference, sometimes these can go into the spam and junk folders so it's worth double checking them. The estimated delivery date for your order was showing as 6th September, however, unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes are causing slight delays across all postage methods. Details of this are shown on our website at the checkout stage of ordering. We have searched our contact form and email inboxes but do not seem to have received any contact from you, could you please confirm how you contacted us so we can investigate this further? As per our email response and voicemail, we have logged an investigation with Royal Mail and they have confirmed that the item is classed as lost. We have therefore posted a replacement charm out to you via your original postage method. Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your review, we're so sorry to hear that your item did not arrive on the estimated delivery date. As per our email discussion, your estimated delivery date was shown as Monday 18th April (Easter Monday). Due to this falling on a Bank Holiday, unfortunately, Royal Mail would not be able to deliver. I was advised delivery would be 31st January for my daughters birthday today (1st February) and it is has not arrived and I have no communication as to where it is.

Very disappointed with the gold earrings I bought for my daughter's 50th birthday. Upon receipt of them, they were clearly intended for a child, but this wasn't mentioned in the item description! I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company by way of email, but have had no response. I therefore am unable to complete the rest of this questionnaire, as I haven't had any contact with the company!
