Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Nothing has arrived at my house. And before my order i wrote about three emails to you. After the firstone where you asked me to give you more information.... you haven't responded any other one.... and that was 2 weeks ago.”

Hello, Nadine. Thank you for your feedback, but we do feel saddened by it. We have checked our system using your name and we can't locate any details other than the order you have placed with us 9 days ago. The item has indeed been sent out and you should have received an email with the tracking number on it. We've just checked this and it's currently in Zurich being overseen by customs. Being as we have sent it out to Switzerland, we have stated on our site that it will take up to 10 working days for it to arrive, which means next Monday at the latest. If you have any further issues please use our contact form on our website so we can investigate this for you.

“I bless the day I found this company. I’m housebound & my previous online shopping experiences had not always been satisfactory. Grace & Co have frequently gone out of their way to be of help to me & I wouldn’t consider buying jewellery from anywhere else. They are unbelievably helpful, efficient & always friendly & very understanding. Can’t praise them too highly, even though I can’t meet them in person to thank them.”
