Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Very disappointed with the gold earrings I bought for my daughter's 50th birthday. Upon receipt of them, they were clearly intended for a child, but this wasn't mentioned in the item description! I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company by way of email, but have had no response. I therefore am unable to complete the rest of this questionnaire, as I haven't had any contact with the company!”

“I was thrilled with the two engraved charms for a nomination bangle. They are a Christmas gift for my daughter & I know she will love them as they’re engraved with her two boys names on.”

“Hi I actually do have an issue with my delivery. I paid for an express delivery which promised the gift to be delivered by the 19th of November. The package was then sent to the wrong location and I was not able to receive the package in time. As a result of this my sister was not able to open her gift on her birthday. I would like to be refunded for the amount I paid for delivery ASAP please. Thank you.”
