Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“Excellent product and delivery service. Only criticism is I’m not receiving a text confirming delivery had taken place”

Hi Vivien, Thank you for your review. We're really pleased to hear you're happy with our service and your purchase. Whilst Royal Mail do offer a text notification with some of their delivery methods, as standard we do not provide our customer's phone numbers to Royal Mail. This is to not only reduce the amount of personal data shared, but also due to the amount of postage scams being sent via text message. This way our customers know that we will never text them regarding their order; only email or call. Stay safe. x

“Was a little disappointed with the size perhaps a photo of them on a bracelet would of helped but still they were pretty charms”
