Hello. Thank you for finding us. I've checked your order and it has been marked as shipped and despatched. I've checked the order and as the transaction went through at the weekend, the parcel would have been sent on the Monday, and as it was marked as a 48, in accordance to our Delivery & Returns Policy, the parcel should be with you within 2-5 working days. If by chance the parcel has not arrived by Saturday please contact us again, and we will look into this for you. If you wish to receive a tracking number for the item we too can arrange this for you. “I originally visited the shop for a Thomas Saba bracelet for a gift. I was informed that they weren't on the shop for anymore and I would have to look on the website and order from there. That's what I did, but I also rang the shop to ask if they could also bring a selection of charms to the shop when I collected the bracelets. I arrived to pick up my bracelets, as I also purchased another for myself but there were no charms there. I was surprised that the stock was only upstairs and wondered why I was sent away earlier to order on website when the lady could have easily walked up stairs to bring then down. A lot of wasted travelling home time, waiting time and inconvenience.”

“I recieved my package, but the package was poor. I recieved the Story pouches (which I don´t really need), but the charms were not even wrapped, so they could easily got damaged. Fortunatelly everything arrived safe.”
