Following purchase of a Emozioni chain and pendent I sent 2 emails advising the the chain length was not as ordered. I requested information regarding a return / replacement but no response from grace and co. The item was a present For a dear aunts 90th birthday and I had to source alternative Longer chain.communication is lacking apart from when they seek positive reviews to a poor service. I now want to return the chain for a refund but still have had no response.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size bracelet, and communication wasn’t the best as emails were not coming through as normal. Returning for refund

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a necklace for my girlfriends’ birthday and instead I received the matching bracelet, which unfortunately I did not have time to return. I emailed Grace & Co and as I had to gift the unwanted bracelet, I was offered a refund for the difference in price that I had overpaid, and a discount on the cost of the bracelet. This was over a month ago and I still have not received any refund or reply to my last three messages.

Hello, Jerzy. We're so sorry about the wait which you've had with your order getting to you. It seems that our fantastic postal service, which is already under strain in these weird times, became further under pressure after the bank holiday weekend when your order was placed, so it's caused a bit of delay. We're ever so sorry. We are pleased to see that your order has arrived, and we did manage to process this quite quickly for you but getting it from A to B hasn't been as efficient as we'd have hoped, and for that, we apologise. We hope that the item, nevertheless, has been well-received, and we still thank you for finding us.

The bracelet I ordered has not arrived yet. I appreciate with covid there may have been a delay, but I received an email asking if I was happy with the product. I replied explaining I hadn’t received it a few days ago and still not had an email response. This concerns me and I’m unhappy with the service as I would have expected an acknowledgement message by now.

We've had a look on our Contact Form system and we can't find any emails from you in relation to your order, we're ever so sorry. Ordered 23rd May and still not received what is meant to be my mums birthday present. Royal Mail site cannot track the number given. Will leave another few days and will then ask for a refund.

Hello, Tracy. We're so sorry for the delay in your item getting to you. We had a small batch delayed for some reason, more likely due to the pressure of the increase in volume Royal Mail have received recently, and along with staff reductions, and also the bank holiday weekend when your order was processed, it's been a testing time. Nevertheless, we glad to see that your order has arrived and we really hope that it has been well-received, as it is a lovely SWAROVSKI piece. Terrible they send me the wrong ring! That i orderrd terrible service i can not come in contact i want my money back this is my order number 13607 (WEB13607) i choose a grey stone and they send me a light blue one!

Hi Tom. Thank you for finding us. Our apologies for not managing to respond to you sooner. There's a bit of a bug going around and this has caused delays in replying to emails, so we are sorry for this. We've checked your order, and yes, it was not just delayed a little but it was delayed almost a lot and because you paid for a service which you did not receive we'll refund to you the postage paid. Hi Jack To be fair, that's fair. We received your order on a Thursday, posted it on Friday, and it didn't arrive for a week. Our apologies to you, jack. We did our best but unfortunately, for whatever reason, your parcel arriving later than anticipated was a rare occasion, and we are sorry. We do have immense faith in our couriers Royal Mail and we salute the posties for doing that best that they can at this time. We do hope this doesn't put you off shopping for more charms with us in the future. Our apologies again. Stay safe.

Hello. And again, thank you for finding us. I believe we've already been in contact with you with regards to this, and again, we're so sorry for this delay. I can confirm that your parcel has been sent, otherwise, we'd have no tracking number for you as our website system is directly linked to Royal Mail's and vice versa. I should imagine that your parcel will be with you soon as we have had a shipping batch sent out which has all been delayed, which is more than likely due to staff shortages within RoyaL mail's network due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak along with the surge of mail after the Bank Holiday weekend when your order was placed. And again, I'm sorry to say that your parcel is likely to have been one of those going by the dispatch date your order was sent out which is suffering from this delay. I am so sorry for this but at this time there isn't anything that we can do other than wait for them to play catch up. We have great faith and confidence in our couriers, Royal Mail and we do believe that your order will indeed be with you soon. We can't apologise enough during these surreal times. Stay safe.

I ordered 2 quantities of the SWAROVSKI Yellow Gold Spare Earring Back x2. So 2 pairs and was expecting to receive 4 backs all together. I paid for the 2 pairs however I only received 1. I email them and never had a response. Unfortunately I will not be using them again.

Hello. Our apologies for not managing to come back to you sooner with regards to this. We've had a look and we can see that this has indeed been sent out to the email address you have provided us with. We can see that it was ordered of a night time and the gift was sent out within 12 hours later, but we can see that it was actually sent to YOUR email address, and not a different one for the recipient. If you'd like for us to investigate this further, then please email us again as we're now better staffed than what we recently have been due to recent times. Once again, we apologise for any delays in our replies.

I ordered 2 items and only received one. I have been charged for both and, despite numerous contact messages to Grace & Co , they have failed to reply. Please beware as they are still operating an online service.

We're so, so sorry for the lack of correspondence with regards to this issue as we've been running on a skeleton team of staff for a couple of weeks or so now, we don't wish to appear ignorant to any of our customers at all. It's not in our nature. We've had a look at your order and we can't fathom as to what has occurred, but there is a small detail that does make us wonder if we did indeed correctly fulfil your order, and in fairness, hands-up, we don't believe that we have on this rare occasion.
