Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“Paid for next day delivery, it arrived 4 days later , then when it arrived item wasn’t as seen on the website and wasn’t able to return it due to being eating, effectively leaving a pair of earings that weren’t what I wanted .....”

We've just checked our system and we can see that we received your order and dispatched it to ensure that it arrived within our 48 hour timeframe, going by the Express Delivery postage which you selected as it was placed on the 4th and the parcel arrived on the 4th.
