Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“I am very happy with the product and understand about postage costs but the bracelet I bought was 1p short of the free delivery. I'd rather have paid a full £50 for the item then it would have been eligible for free delivery.”

“I am a returning customer to this company. This time I purchased a Pandora Reflexions bracelet, I was absolutely thrilled when it arrived through my door the next morning. Everything is all 100% genuine, all the pandora packaging was included which I personally find wonderful as a few companies remove packaging to reduce postage costs. I am delighted with my purchase and the whole experience, thank you Grace & Co, I will be back!”

As per our email response and voicemail, we have logged an investigation with Royal Mail and they have confirmed that the item is classed as lost. We have therefore posted a replacement charm out to you via your original postage method.
