Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“The initial order was dealt with quickly. However, I had to change the item that I purchased on receiving it which was down to me ordering the wrong size. I informed Grace and Co by email of my intention. They replied quickly politely and efficiently outlining what I had to do. I posted the item back for exchange late on a Thursday afternoon and had the correct item back to me by the Saturday. Extremely quick turn around. Brilliant service. Thank you and well done to all concerned.”

“Order and delivery well handled. I now have two bracelets telling of events in my life . There is a link available for almost every possible situation. Travel-new house-grandchild-hobby-pet-relationship etc. I have given my 'spare links' to a friend who is starting her own one. my most recent link was for a labador pet.”
