“I ordered 2 Pandora charms. One was not send but I was not informed and didn't realise until the other had arrived. The money had been refunded but I had not been notified. I was not able to track my parcel at all throughout delivery and the charm I received was the wrong size. I was sent no notification when my parcel had been delivered. I'm not looking forward to returning the charm as I feel I will encounter problems”

Hello. Thank you for finding us. We've checked your order and we can see that the right emails were sent out to you on the late Friday evening of the order being placed and upon the order being dispatched. The order should have arrived at you on the 20th and upon checking your delivery details, it did. We're sorry if there has been any confusion.

“Ordered earrings for a Christmas gift, payed for express delivery (2 days) but delivery took 5 days. Problem was with Royal Mail. I emailed and telephoned Grace and Co who were more than helpful responding immediately to my email and call. Delivery charge was refunded without asking. 10 out of 10.”
