“The initial reply was prompt and artwork seemed fine. The end product of printed tote bags was also fine. However in between we received a consignment where the printing had gone totally wrong - evidently not properly checked before despatch. Staff were prompt and courteous in dealing with the issue. The problem was resolved after a short delay by a complete rerun of the order, so it was more than a week before the order was completed.”

“The t shirts did not arrive on time and on the day promised. Several chase ups and we were told there was no tracking number available and nobody could locate the items. I waited at the office until late on a Friday evening to no avail. We managed to rearrange our photo shoot to acomódate the late arrival the following week when the food were found but this was at some inconvenience. Also the sizes were not in line with normal size guidelines. Size 12 were the right size for women who normally were only a size 8. This meant that a number of the items were of no use. The sales rep was pleasant enough and it was not his fault but that was little consolation.”

“Although we had some design problems with the product we received, their staff acted promptly and solved the issues efficiently. The product now looks good and I'm sure will be well received by our membership.”

“Ordered a large order, didn't get what I've ordered. I complained and they send me numerous samples which were also not good but finally in the end got it right but this process took 3 month to sort out... This was frustrating.”

“Our logo on the pens did not look as good as the preview sent. There was bleed out on the more minor part of the logo, which was unclear to read. I would have eliminated this if I had known. I also thought that the gold writing did not show up as well.”

“Thomas was very helpful and I could not fault his customer service however we were quite taken aback by the delivery charges and not happy with the rulers we bought. Had I known they would be paper I would never have ordered them as pretty useless. The delivery timescales on the website are misleading too as most items I ordered should have been 5-7 days but actually took 14 working days to arrive.”

“I specifically ordered products on 5 & 7 days delivery - unfortunately, most were actually several weeks. Those that we were able to order in the specified time frame turned up on time and were printed fine.”

“We placed an order on February 24th giving us ample time per the order timeline we were given. I asked repeatedly if there was an updated timeline and received no response. When our orders were shipped the UK order was shipped 4+ days prior to the US order, which does not make any logical sense. We had to scramble to change the shipping address and rush ship our order to the US. We ended up spending a lot of money on a new order from a US vendor that we knew we could receive in time. Very unfortunate experience. If the US order had been shipped when the UK one was, instead of the UK order being done first, we would not have had to worry.”

“We loved the product but didn't like that we thought it was a Irish company. So as a small charity we had to pay over 400 euros in customs charges”

“The customer services was outstanding- thank you Laura :) however, unfortunately the bags were printed in the wrong colour( different from proofs) and in the end we could not proceed with this order due to short lead-time for an event. Just to add, full refund have been received and i will use them again in teh future.”

“The process of getting the design we wanted on the pencil was great. The colleague dealing with us was always quick to get back to us and send over the correct measurements we needed. However, after pencils were purchased, the lead time took a little longer than expected, and there is an overlap on the pencil where the design print meets despite us sending back the suitable designs within their measurements. This is why we think they've done an acceptable job.”

“The communication was pretty good and the company quickly sorted out our needs. The quote however, didn't include delivery costs and this when it was added was a huge amount more than we had expected and added a lot to our costs. Can't comment on delivery as we are still waiting for this.”
