“We bought a few items from them. Some were fine, others were poor quality. The challenges we faced were:- 1. Some items were delivered to the wrong location and it was back and forth on courier not turning up when schedules were made and confirmed by them. Some items we had to arrange delivery ourselves. 2. Some items were very poor quality and they refused to refund in full and offered to redo using another method but we had to pay for it again and another option was refund a very small amount which was not even half of what we paid. We will not be using your services again.”
