Laura was really responsive to our needs and very quick in coming back to us - as well as providing us with ideas to improve our initial spec and making the whole process really easy. When our merchandise arrived, we were delighted with both the speed of delivery and the quality of the product. “Nice bags, great customer service, very helpful to get the design right according to the printing and location on the bags. Not quite 5 star as the velcro on the bags is sometimes not quite straight/accurately applied - this is not a big issue, but just mildly annoying!”
