“Costs went up by 50% AFTER the invoice had been paid and you would not honour the original price. It caused a lot of problems as we had to source from elsewhere at short notice and ended up paying more than our original budget which again caused us issues. Despite this I have had 2 emails asking for feedback and a review even though we never ordered. The feedback was not responded to (despite the email saying how important it was) and it took 2 weeks for the money we paid out in good faith to be refunded. Overall a terrible experience.”

“Excellent service and the products we ordered we well manufactured. The quality of the logo print was perfect. I have previously used other companies and the logo was badly printed/smudged and or peeled off. GoPromotional are professionals, they delivered on time and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Looking forward to ordering more from them”

“Very good service. Much more contact and offers to support than other similar businesses. Good value products. I got quite a lot of the same emails (that seemed to come from an automated CRM), so by the end they seemed a little less genuine!”
