“The products from Gopromotional are of a very high quality and exactly what I wanted at a competitive price. The only issue I had was around delivery of my order which was delayed, however once the guys at Goromotional took control of it they pulled out all the stops to meet my deadline.”

“We ordered some travel cups ad they arrived prompt and the product looked good with our charity name & logo on. The price was ok, although I expected a little bit more discount for a bulk charity order. Overall, a decent service.”

“GoPromotional has a very good range of products and we have used them a few times for items such as pens and bags. It didn't take long to order and deliver - however, I did find that you need to really check the details as in the one order they had put an incorrect delivery address and colour number. It was relatively quick to sort out but you really do expect a business to pay attention to detail when you have provided them with this information already.”

“Very good service from George, he responded fast to any questions i asked and the quality of products and print was very good. The only thing that i was let down by was the delivery, the boxes were not sealed up very well and i had previously asked to be kept in the loop regarding the courier service and expected delivery date. Our office was closed due to Covid so when i sent an email enquiry asking for a progress update i was shocked to find they were being delivered the same day and i had not been informed which meant i had to quickly organise someone to get to the office quick to accept the delivery. I felt like as soon as my money had been taken i was forgotten about. Apart from that everything else was brilliant.”
