“No fail delivery, failed. A week late it arrived. Was offered a refund of 13% the value of the order. I had missed my event, so had no use for that. I still have not received my refund. 35 days later I have 100 units (since they missed my event) and i am £270 down....”

“Product replaced with smaller one, not fit for purpose. I have asked for this matter to be looked into but have heard nothing so we now have a product that we have paid for in full which is not what we thought we were ordering. Shame as our previous experience with this company was excellent.”

“We are a venue and ordered the Athletic Vacuum Insulated Water Bottles with our own branding in two colours for corporate guests. The bottles are great and hold temperature for a long time, and the branding was perfect. Service and delivery were all good too.”

“The sample arrived very quickly and the quality was very good. The artwork needed a little refinement but the decisions only took a few minutes and the delivery on a very short turnaround was excellent.”

“After being sent a batch of faulty cups (the print came off after 1 wash with soap and water) I agreed to send them back for "testing". Upon not being able to remove further print from the already ruined cup it was then deemed fit for purpose and insinuated that I was lying about the washing method! The employee "looking after me" them proceeded to ignore me upon providing video evidence of the washing process and the outcome on a completely different cup. Needless to say this still isn't resolved and I am hundreds of pounds down!”
